We had a wonderful Pioneer Day this year! We had a big breakfast with my family and watched the parade on TV. We all went swimming during the day, and that night we had a yummy BBQ and went to the Days of 47 Rodeo. Afterwards we went back to my parents house and had some delicious homemade ice cream and brownies. It was a lot of fun.

Our little cowboy loved the rodeo. He loved watching everything.
During half time we entertained ourselves by taking funny pictures. Payson even joined us with some funny faces!
While we were able to get a couple of pictures with his hat on, mostly he just wanted to play with it.
The people behind us got out some candy and when Payson saw it he started reaching and grunting for some. They were so nice and gave him a sucker. :)

How grateful we are for the pioneers and for all that they sacrificed to come to this beautiful valley! We love living here and we love the 24th of July!
