Whitney Layne

Last Friday we went to a show to see this amazing lady. Her name is Whitney Layne and she is my very talented friend from way back when. She lives in Nashville, working on her singing/songwriting career. She was in Utah for a visit and we were able to go see her. She is amazing! It was so fun to see her! She is so fun and I was reminded of all the good times we had. Love her.

We were in a performing group together called, Spotlight Sensations. It was such a great part of my life. I LOVED performing and we had a lot of fun together. We were able to go on tour to California, Hawaii and to the midwest to St. Louis, Nauvoo and other church history sites. We sang and danced, and we also did firesides. It was such a great experience and I have some great memories from those years. While we were at Whitney's show, some other friends from Spotlight were there, and it was so great to see them! Wanda, the one on the opposite end from me was one of the directors. What a great night down memory lane!

Me, Ben, Payson, my mom and sister Lauren went together and we had a picnic with some pizza and just hung out. Love my fam! We also ran into some great friends while we were there, which was fun. Love you Shan!
